Beau Geste now boasts a contemporary modern extension incorporating a larger kitchen as well as a chic coffee corner. The kitchen now also includes a dishwasher and larger fridge/freezer.

The games area outside has also been updated with separate areas to suit different age groups.

• For the very young we have built a minuture play farm including a large sand pit, a rocking rooster and ride-on farm vehicles.
• For the older children the table tennis and table football now sit in a separate covered games area.

Chicken Run

Alongside our organic vegatable garden we have introduced some chickens, turkeys and a goose. Subject to availability fresh eggs will be available for guests. Guests are also welcome to make use of our recycling and composting facilities.

 

 

We have installed a hot tub in the court yard garden adjacent to the swimming pool, so that you can really unwind & soak up the the atmosphere here during your stay.

Another improvement an extension to the entrance driveway making it easier & more flexible to to accommodate vehicles of all sizes.

We are constantly adding new items/furnishings to to the gites keeping us one step ahead of our competitors.

During the early months of 2009 we installed a 32m2 solar panel to push up the temperature in the pool. Most of the summer the pool temperature was between 27 & 31 °C making it ideal for the whole family. For the solar panel to sit on we had to construct a 40m2 veranda on the terrace near the pool. This then gave the guests welcome shade if needed during the hottest hours.

Another new item was the solar heated shower close to the steps leading into the pool. This is great for rinsing off before & after a swim.
