When  we started on the Mulsanne conversation from ruined barn to a beautiful gite we had no idea that it would turn out to be just that.. a beautiful space that families return to year after year.

Just outside there is a sunny terrace and dining furniture with a quality charcoal bbq.

The beautiful pool area is only a stroll away so what's stopping you..

Open up the front doors and take a step inside Mulsanne . To the left is the dining area and then to the right is the brand new fitted kitchen.

 A large archway leads into the lounge with its beautiful roof supporting round column. Look up and you'll see the gallery landing up above. 

 There is also a downstairs bathroom ( bath, toilet and hand basin).

Like all of our gites, Mulsanne has a flat screen LED tv, along with Freeview UK & French channels, a DVD player a large book/ DVD library & of course high speed internet connection for work or play .

 We've added lots of children's toys and games to keep your little ones happy.

Stair gates are in place for your peace of mind.  We have a good selection of high chairs and booster seats to save you some space in the already full car.

The closed tread stairs arrive at the top of the gallery landing which stretches along in an L shape with a great view of the lounge below. 

4 doorways lead into the 3 bedrooms (1 king-size, 1 double & 1 twin), A further doorway gives access to the funky bathroom (shower, toilet and hand basin).

 All bedrooms have room fans and a mix of old and new pine furniture.
