• Prices are based on a per week basis. During the main peak* Summer season our changeover day is set as Saturday, (Sunday for La Pommeraie) but any other day can be specified outside of this period.

• Weekend breaks or any other short stays can be catered for outside of the main peak* Summer period. Please contact us for a quote.

• Due to the extra increase in our heating costs, if heating is required for periods when it is cooler, then there will be a €10 per night charge will be applied to your invoice.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.

• A non refundable 25% deposit of the total rental price must be paid at the time of booking, this then will guarantee your reservation here at Gites In Sunny France. 

• The balance is to be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date

• Arrivals are from 4pm local time to a 10am departure time.

• 15% discount for bookings of 3 weeks plus (excluding June, July and August)

• We are flexible for late bookings so please email or telephone for enquiries

  For any guests with young children who require extras such as cots, high chairs etc, please make this clear on the booking form. These will be provided free of charge subject to availability. Please note that stair gates are already in place in the gites.
