A holiday here in one of our gites will leave you with fantastic memories, so here's why..
Our gites sit in 6000m2 of (secure) play areas full of swings, a wooden pirate boat, a 30mtr zip wire, table tennis, table football, slides, football goals, a see-saw, 2 trampolines, a separate kiddie's play area with a sand pit and wendy house and lots more. We have an expression.. happy children = happy parents.
Don't forget the 2 salt water, heated pools (the main one with large water slide) and the 6 seat hot tub (for over 16's).
Our gites are 15 minutes from the market town of Saint Jean d'Angely, 20 minutes from historical Saintes and 25 minutes from Cognac.
Throw in plenty of sun-loungers, shady areas, great days out, great value wine, and an average of 2250 hours of sunshine per year et voila!

WHO ARE WE AND WHAT TO EXPECT..
Way back in 2004 we decided to up-sticks and throw ourselves at a large renovation project in rural France. So here we are quite a few years later with 2 daughters and a family business that we love.
Why the Charente Maritime? Easy.. as it's within 6 hours driving distance of the UK, beautiful sandy beaches, sunflowers and fields of vines that soak up the numerous hours of sunshine that this area revels in year on year.
Our 4 gites and what we have built up over the previous few years will offer you and your family a truly enjoyable taste of 'La Belle France'.

Meet The Womacks
Darren
Jack of all trades Darren gets the big jobs done!
Also the one to ask for recommendations on restaurants & days out.
Sara
Sara looks after the day to day stuff needed to make sure that the business runs smoothly.
Changeover days keeps Sara busy supplying fresh linen & towels.
Maya
Maya has now moved on to university in Poitiers studying languages, but helps out when she returns for the odd long weekend.
Daisy
Another keen helper, Daisy helps out with pool cleaning & gite changeovers. She can also be seen regulaly zipping around on the ride on mower.
